Ariel Josker

Ariel Josker is an Accounting Specialist at InSPIRE, bringing broad organizational expertise, financial acumen and accounting methodologies to the team. She joins InSPIRE from the Department of Health where she was an Accountant for nearly two years, strengthening her fiscal proficiency. Prior to that, Ariel spent more than six years at Sallie Mae where she served as a Senior Financial Analyst and further refined her day-to-day accounting skills. Her responsibilities have included ownership and management of all accounting functions, including cash handling, developing and documenting procedures, and ensuring compliance with current policies and regulatory requirements.

A natural entrepreneur, Ariel spent more than 10 years managing an online commerce company, ultimately purchasing the business and transitioning it into a family-operated enterprise. This experience strengthened her skills in operations management, financial oversight, strategic planning, and adaptability within a fast-paced business environment.

Her data-driven approach to work is based on her Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management; she possesses a strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset. Outside of her professional life, Ariel has been married for over 20 years and is a proud parent of three children and one grandchild. She enjoys traveling and holds a deep appreciation for animals, reflecting her worldwide curiosity and desire for connection - both at work and at home.
