Brigitte Gudz
Brigitte Gudz formally joins InSPIRE as a STEM Specialist following her assistance in facilitating and leading the Summer 2025 Robotics professional development courses. She is a highly experienced STEM, mathematics, and CTE educator, curriculum specialist, robotics leader, and mentor whose work directly aligns with InSPIRE’s mission.
With 35+ years of experience teaching mathematics, STEM, CTE, and applied learning, Brigitte brings the classroom expertise, program leadership, and workforce-focused mindset needed to help InSPIRE prepare students for emerging opportunities in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, robotics, energy, and technology. She also brings deep roots in Northwest Florida and a strong personal and professional commitment to the region, with family ties to Franklin County and a direct connection to Bay County schools through her children’s work as educators.
Her qualifications and experience make her an exceptional addition to the workforce development team. She has led a rural high school robotics team to state and national Beta Club championships in its first year of competing, helping students build confidence, technical skill, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. She also led FCR-STEM's Learn Geometry professional learning courses for educators across Florida, supporting teacher growth and high-quality mathematics instruction. She brings deep experience in secondary mathematics, robotics, CTE Power and Energy, renewable energy applications, curriculum development, professional learning, and standards-aligned instruction. Her robotics and engineering-related credentials include VEX Robotics ROBOTC for VEX Programming Certification and RECF Pre-Engineering Certification.
Brigitte's work has consistently expanded access, raised expectations, and created transformational STEM and CTE opportunities for students and teachers alike. Her proven success with rural students, statewide educator leadership, ability to connect classroom learning to real-world workforce pathways, and deep personal investment in Northwest Florida make her an outstanding team member and a strong contributor to InSPIRE’s long-term vision for Northwest Florida.
