Jenn Garye

Currently the Assistant Vice President for Research Business Strategy & Operations at FSU’s Office of Research, Jenn has been a dedicated and valuable employee at Florida State University for more than 15 years. Prior to this position, Jenn was Director of Business Operations, responsible for managing the F&A return to the University contracts and grants, as well as handling Human Resources for the entire Division. Her expertise in managing all aspects of operations including budgeting, grants, proposals, and accounting was essential to the smooth implementation of FSU InSPIRE and other key initiatives at FSU.

When Budget Manager for the Department of Biological Science at FSU, Jenn managed multiple fund sources for the department, including state appropriations, auxiliary funds, Foundation funds, technology fees, lab fees, and F&A allocations. She has also led workshops on all aspects of departmental budgeting.

A proud FSU alumnus, Jenn earned Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and her Bachelor’s in Communication and Media Studies.
