Northwest Florida teachers and students are being encouraged to engage in a cultural shift in perception: the advanced manufacturing careers of today are a far cry from yesterdays. Florida State University’s InSPIRE (Institute for Strategic Partnerships, Innovation, Research & Education) is doing its part to reshape the region’s understanding of the safety, security, and profitability now available to local residents in the advanced manufacturing space.

Florida State University’s Institute for Strategic Partnerships, Innovation, Research, and Education (InSPIRE) and Strata-G, an environmental, engineering and energy consulting firm, have aligned to optimize facility design for the InSPIRE initiative.

The Applied Science & Technology Research Organization (ASTRO) of America announced its selection by Florida State University (FSU) to help establish the Institute for Strategic Partnerships, Innovation, Research, and Education (InSPIRE) as a major center for aerospace and defense manufacturing research and education in northwest Florida.
